Orders received no later than 12:00 noon are delivered the same day. Our florist prepares your bouquet immediately after receiving the order and delivers it during the afternoon. No deliveries are made on Sundays.

Very fresh — this is our main promise. Each bouquet is arranged shortly before delivery by a local florist near the recipient. This avoids long transport routes and storage times. The flowers go directly from the florist to the recipient.

The delivery fee is CHF 19 per order, regardless of where in Switzerland the flowers are delivered. There are no additional charges, no handling fees, and no surprises at checkout.

Yes, this is actually the most common case. Simply enter the recipient’s address when placing the order. If possible, also provide a phone number so our florist can contact the recipient if necessary.

Our partner florist first tries to find someone in the household or a neighbor. If that is not possible, a notification card is left and the recipient is contacted by phone. As a final step, you as the sender will be informed so that a solution can be arranged together.

An exact time cannot be guaranteed because our florist coordinates several deliveries. However, you may indicate a preferred time window in the order comments, such as “preferably in the morning” or “after 5 pm”. We will pass on the information and try to accommodate it.

Yes. For hospitals, please indicate the ward and room number — we guarantee delivery to the reception desk. For hotels, we need the full name of the guest and the room number if known. Please note that some intensive care units do not allow flowers.

With proper care, fresh cut flowers usually last 7 to 10 days. Place them immediately in clean, fresh water, cut the stems diagonally, and remove any leaves below the waterline. Change the water every two days and avoid direct sunlight as well as proximity to ripe fruit.

Yes, and it is included free of charge. You can write a personal message when placing the order; it will be printed on a greeting card and attached to the bouquet. Anonymous orders — without the sender’s name — are also possible.

We accept all common payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, TWINT, and bank transfer via IBAN. Payments are processed securely through a certified payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Changes and cancellations are possible as long as the florist has not yet prepared the bouquet — usually until the evening before the delivery day. Please contact us as early as possible by email or phone with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes. For such special occasions, we recommend ordering early and providing the exact event location and start time. Please also include a contact phone number of someone present on site. For funerals, we guarantee punctual delivery.
