Flowers Delivered
The bouquet is carefully prepared by one of our florists shortly before delivery. In some cases, depending on the florist's discretion, the season or available stock, the delivered product may differ slightly from the image. The bouquets shown represent the bouquet at the mid-range price.
Flower Prices
Prices vary depending on the season and region. The price charged is the one indicated by the delivering florist on the day of delivery.
The prices listed on our website include only the price of the flowers and local VAT. Delivery is charged in addition to the flower price. You will see the full price breakdown in your order summary after selecting your bouquet and card.
On certain holidays such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, some flowers — particularly roses — may be more expensive due to higher purchase costs. Although our florists do their best to limit the impact on retail prices, we may be required to adjust our prices and bouquet sizes accordingly.
Delivery
Thanks to our network, we can deliver your floral arrangements throughout Switzerland. Due to varying opening hours, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, except for funeral services.
If you would still like delivery at a particular time, you may note this in the delivery remarks. Our florist will do their best to accommodate your request, but without guarantee. Failure to meet a requested delivery time is not grounds for compensation.
Please note that same-day delivery is possible, provided your order is received before 12:00 noon.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided in your order is correct and complete. All orders must include a phone number where the recipient can be reached on the day of delivery.
If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to hand the flowers to a trusted person. If no one is available, the bouquet will be returned to the shop and a message will be left for a re-delivery attempt.
We accept no liability for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery to Hospitals and Hotels
To ensure your order reaches the recipient as quickly as possible, the following details are important:
Hospital: Please provide the department and room number.
Hotel: Please provide the room number and the name under which the recipient is registered.
In both cases, we only guarantee delivery up to the reception desk.
Deliveries for Weddings or Funerals
To avoid any complications, we ask that you provide the exact name of the church or venue, as well as the start time of the ceremony. It is essential to provide the phone number of a relative or responsible person so that our florist can contact them on the day of delivery.
Phone Orders
123Flowers gives you the option to place your order by phone. You will find the relevant contact details on our "Contact" page. To make the ordering process easier, please have the recipient's full address (including phone number) ready. Payment methods are the same as for online orders.
You may also order without an email address — but only by phone.
Add-on Products
123Flowers offers you the option to complement your floral arrangements with premium accessories. These are sent by post to the delivering florist. On weekdays, a minimum lead time of 24 hours is required. It may happen that a package does not arrive on time. You will be notified promptly in such a case.
Guarantees
123Flowers and all partner florists place great importance on customer satisfaction.
The 123Flowers guarantee includes:
- Fresh, high-quality flowers
- Floral arrangements created by professional florists
- Delivery on the requested date
Complaints regarding the quality or freshness of a bouquet must reach us no later than
3 days after delivery. We will then contact our florist directly to find a compensation or replacement solution.
Special Dates
For holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee that deliveries will be made on the holiday itself. It is possible that delivery may occur 1 or 2 days after the requested date. This delay is not grounds for compensation.
Mother's Day orders are generally delivered on Saturday, as many florists are closed on the day itself.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must reach us at least 24 hours before the delivery date. If this deadline has passed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, fees may apply.
Confidentiality
123Flowers commits to not sharing any of your information with third parties. Should the recipient request additional information, we will not share any data without your prior consent.
